I'm not japanese, but what you're saying is worrying. Not because "japan is dying", but because it's exactly what racist politicians says too. Saying stuff like "our country is dying!!!", "The foreigners will kill us!!!", "war is coming!!!!".
They're saying the same stuff here in europe. It's all bullshit.
If i were you, I'd worry more about the rural schools closing in your country because the population is declining, the crushing work culture, the rise of violent crime not done by foreigners, but by the citizens, like the Joker train attack or the Prime minister assassination.

Japan is one of the most popular country in the world. Plenty of people are learning Japanese because they like your country. Japan is not dying. But i fear your feelings are dying.
